Needs Analysis
Every project, regardless of size, will require a thorough needs analysis to have a complete understanding of the projects needs. This step in the process takes a deep dive into discovering how Trio can holistically serve your organization and the project. This discovery process will ensure Trio’s deliverables are aligned with your expectations and the projects desired outcomes.
System Design
By designing systems for your project in a hands-on collaborative manner, Trio can guarantee the final design will be one that meets your requirements now and into the future. Although the design for each system is customized, our process is built to address all facets of system design in a methodical way that simplifies the experience for you.
Specification Review & Revision
When your project specifications exist but require review and modifications, Trio is here to help. We will work directly with you or your architect to ensure the specifications for your desired technologies are incorporated into their respective divisions. This service sets the stage for ensuring the systems that are installed meet the design requirements set forth in the design stage.
Construction Drawing Take-off
Once the design of your system(s) is complete and your specifications are written, Trio will perform a take-off with your construction drawings. This is where we strategically map out and plot the various devices of your system(s) onto your plans so all stakeholders have a firm understanding of where each device will be located throughout the building.
Vendor Vetting
Vendor selection can be a tedious and time-consuming process. Trio’s vendor vetting service takes the burdens of vendor qualification, product research, and bid collection off your to-do list. As industry veterans and partners, Trio can advise you on the strengths and weaknesses of each vendor to help you make the right decision.
